   1. Acknowledgment of Recording: You acknowledge and agree that Black Box Dating, LLC may record audio, video, and photographic content during events, including but not limited to presentations, discussions, workshops, panels, and other activities.
   2. Scope of Recording: This consent applies to all forms of recordings, whether conducted in-person, online via digital platforms, or through hybrid means.
   3. Voluntary Participation: By participating in the event, you voluntarily grant Black Box Dating, LLC permission to record, reproduce, and use your likeness, voice, and contributions for purposes specified in this agreement.
2. Use of Recordings
   • Authorized Uses: Recordings may be used for, but are not limited to:
     • Promotional materials, marketing, and advertising.
     • Publication on websites, social media platforms, and other digital or physical media.
     • Training, educational, or commercial content development.
   • Duration of Use: Black Box Dating, LLC retains the right to use the recordings indefinitely unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Assignment of Intellectual Property Rights
   1. Exclusive Ownership: You acknowledge that all recordings made by Black Box Dating, LLC, including any content created during the event (e.g., speeches, presentations, performances, or other contributions), are the sole property of Black Box Dating, LLC.

5. Opt-Out Options
   1. Request for Non-Inclusion: If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify Black Box Dating, LLC in writing at least 24 hours before the event. Black Box Dating, LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but participation in certain public or group settings may inherently include recording.
6. Governing Law
   1. Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Colorado in the United States of America.

You agree not to:
